Yes. In Settings, Data and Privacy, toggle off AI-Powered Summaries. Your wins save exactly as you wrote them, with no AI processing.
✨What are the AI enhancement levels?
Three levels. Original keeps your exact words. No changes. Polished fixes grammar and punctuation. Your wording stays. Amplified rewrites your win in professional language and helps you articulate the value of what you described. It never adds facts, outcomes, or details you didn't say. Zero fabrication is the guarantee.
🛡️Does AI track or store what I write?
When you use Polished or Amplified, your text is processed by AI to generate the enhanced version. Data may be retained up to 30 days for safety monitoring, then deleted. Your data is never used to train AI models. In Original mode, no AI is involved. Your text stays exactly as written.
🚀How do I get started?
Under two minutes. Sign in with Google. Record your first win (voice or text). Your polished summary appears in your dashboard. Add more wins as they happen. Tips for the first week: capture recent wins first (your memory is freshest), include the context and the outcome, and set a weekly reminder so it becomes a habit.
💭I'm not good at self-reflection. Will this work for me?
Yes. The product is built to work whether reflection comes naturally or not. Guided prompts ask specific questions: "What did I accomplish this week?" or "What's a meeting that went well?" Suggestions point you to where wins live: your calendar, your Slack, your inbox. Small wins count. Fixing a bug, helping a colleague, getting an unresponsive vendor to reply, all of it. Weekly reminders help the habit form gradually.
📤Can I export my data? Do you sell it?
Your wins are yours. You can export them at any time. We never sell your data. Free exports include formatted text and downloadable text files. Premium adds PDF reports and CSV exports. Either way, your wins are portable. You can take them anywhere. impactrackr's business model is Premium subscriptions, not user data.
⏰How long does it take to record a win?
Under 30 seconds. Voice: tap record, speak for 10 to 20 seconds, done. Text: a few bullet points works fine. Either way, the AI handles the polish. The hardest part is remembering to do it. Weekly reminders are built in for that reason.
💰What's the difference between Free and Premium?

A four-stage pipeline: Extract, Rewrite, Tag, Assemble. Extract pulls what matters from your raw input. Rewrite turns it into a clean professional summary. Tag identifies the skill and impact areas the win demonstrates. Assemble stores it in your record, organized and searchable. The rewrite is fact-preserving. The AI works with what you said. It does not add facts, outcomes, numbers, or accomplishments you didn't describe. You can always edit the result if the phrasing isn't yours.
🔒Is my career data secure and private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, via Vercel and Supabase.* Uploaded files are encrypted, virus-scanned, and stored with user isolation. Your wins are private by default and never shared unless you explicitly export them. For AI processing: your data is processed to generate enhancements. Data may be retained up to 30 days for safety monitoring, then deleted. Your data is never used to train AI models. You own your data. You can export it at any time. We never sell it.
