90-Day Highlights

One quarterly recap, three audiences, zero fabrication. From the wins you have already logged, 90-Day Highlights produces three audience-tailored summaries: a self-review draft for your HR portal, a conversational update for your manager 1:1, and an evergreen pitch for cover letters, LinkedIn, resumes, and recruiter outreach.

What it is

Performance review season usually means staring at a blank HR form trying to remember what you did three months ago. 90-Day Highlights pulls that work off your plate. It scans every win you have logged in the last 90 days, organizes them by theme, and produces three different versions of your quarter, each shaped for a specific audience.

You write the wins as they happen, in your own voice, in 30 seconds at a time. When you need a polished narrative, the system has the source material ready and turns it into something you can paste straight into the HR portal, talk through with your manager, or drop into a recruiter message.

The three audiences

Same wins, three completely different voices. Each tab is its own paste-ready output.

Self-Reflection draft

First-person achievement claims sized for your HR self-review form. Roughly four sentences, dense and specific, written so they fit cleanly in a quarterly self-review portal.

"This quarter I closed multiple new clients, including one that required navigating eight weeks of pricing pushback, and improved opportunity-to-revenue conversion through tighter qualification."

Manager Quarter Recap

Conversational spoken-style update for your 1:1 or quarter check-in. Headline-led opener, thematic groupings, designed to be talked through, not read off a form. The natural mix of first-person and outcome-led sentences a strong IC actually uses in conversation.

"Solid quarter overall. On the client side, two new clients were onboarded. Acme was the harder one, took two months of pushback on pricing but we landed at 8% increase on an 18-month term. The qualification process is tighter now too."

Career Pitch

Evergreen pitch language for cover letters, LinkedIn, resumes, and recruiter outreach. Outcome-led, quantified, written so it stays useful for the next 12 months without rewrites.

"Senior account executive with a track record of closing complex enterprise renewals, including a recent multi-month negotiation that delivered an 8% price increase on an 18-month commitment."

How it actually works

The two things that make 90-Day Highlights different from a generic AI prompt.

Same wins, three voices

Each of the three tabs is generated with its own audience-specific tone, density, and structure. HR-form claims, spoken-1:1 cadence, and evergreen pitch language come out distinct, not three copies of the same paragraph. The system understands that a self-review reads differently from a cover letter even when describing the same work.

Zero-fabrication grounding

Every sentence in every tab is checked against your actual logged wins. Multiple validators block fabrication, generic padding, inflated claims, and any number or entity not present in your captured text. If the AI cannot ground a sentence in your source, that sentence is rejected and rewritten until it can.

Who it is built for

  • Anyone facing a quarterly review. Self-review portal, manager 1:1, promotion case. This gives you the source material in three formats.
  • Job-hunters. The Career Pitch tab is paste-ready for LinkedIn About, recruiter messages, and the opening paragraph of a cover letter.
  • Quiet contributors. If you do strong work but struggle to articulate it for a review, the system writes it in language a promotion committee actually responds to.
  • High performers fighting recall. If you cannot remember what you did six weeks ago when review prep starts, this turns 90 days of logged wins into something you can actually present.

When you can use it

Unlock requirements

  • 10 or more wins logged in the last 90 days
  • 250 or more combined words across your win summaries

These thresholds make sure the AI has enough source material to produce specific, grounded output instead of generic filler.

Generation cadence

  • Available every 14 days after each generation
  • Anchored to midnight Central time, daylight-savings safe

The 14-day cooldown matches how often most people prep for a 1:1, biweekly review, or recruiter conversation. Generating more often would reuse mostly the same source.

Paste-ready output, every time

Each of the three tabs has a one-click copy button. The text is plain-formatted with no Markdown to clean up. Drop it straight into your HR portal, your 1:1 doc, your cover letter, or your LinkedIn About section. Word and PDF export are coming next.

A note on privacy

Generation runs your win text through Anthropic and OpenAI under their no-training, 30-day-retention API agreements. We do not store anything about the generation beyond the cached output you see in the app. You can delete a generated highlight at any time, and you can disable AI processing entirely for any sensitive entry by enabling Privacy Mode in Settings.
